Heyas, sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you - been having a bit of a life-crisis. I use both traditional (drawn, so pencil/pen paper... 1000's of sheets/frames) but I specialise in 3DStudio Max produced CGI work. Much less damage to trees that way :)
